• Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Please note that damaged or used articles cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for the delivery costs associated with returning or exchanging the product. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

3. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria (unused, undamaged, with original packaging).

4. Initiation of Exchange/Refund:

   • If the item passes inspection, your exchange will be initiated, or a refund (excluding delivery charges) will be processed, as per your request.

   • If the item does not meet the criteria, we reserve the right to decline the return or exchange.
