Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of its delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition:
Unused: The item must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
Undamaged: The item must be free from any damage.
Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Please note that damaged or used articles cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Notify Us: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intent to return or exchange.
Ship the Item: You will be responsible for the delivery costs associated with returning or exchanging the product. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria (unused, undamaged, with original packaging).
Initiation of Exchange/Refund:
If the item passes inspection, your exchange will be initiated, or a refund (excluding delivery charges) will be processed, as per your request.
If the item does not meet the criteria, we reserve the right to decline the return or exchange.
Important Notes
Delivery Charges: All delivery costs for returns and exchanges are to be covered by the customer.
Inspection Period: Please allow a few business days for us to inspect the returned item once it reaches our facility.
Refund/Exchange Timeline: Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly, and you will be notified.
