Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.

2. Exchange Policy

At Al-Majeed Store, we strive for your complete satisfaction. In the event of a dispute, products purchased from our website are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The exchange request is initiated within the stipulated 7-day timeframe.

• The item(s) received are found to be faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

• The product(s) received differ from your original order.

• All original components are present, including price tags, labels, and original packaging.

Important Note: Damaged or used articles are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Dispute Resolution and Procedure

To raise a dispute regarding a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

• Reporting Damage/Discrepancy: In cases where products are found to be damaged or missing, outer packaging images must be shared via email at almajeedfabricstore@gmail.com as evidence before discarding the packaging.

• Initiating a Dispute: Please email pictures of the defective item to almajeedfabricstore@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at 03137029057 within 7 days of your order delivery.

• Resolution Process: Al-Majeed Store will review each dispute on an individual basis, making every effort to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.

• Outcome: Once a dispute is fairly settled, we will either issue a replacement product (matching the item(s) on your invoice) or provide a coupon of the same product value, which can be redeemed for purchases on Al-Majeed Store within the next 60 days.

Please note: No dispute will be accepted after the given 7-day period from the order delivery date.

4. Buyer Responsibility

The buyer/customer/order maker is solely responsible for all purchases made in good faith and without any intention of false activity. Additionally, the buyer must take full responsibility for all selections made (articles/dresses/products) during the ordering process.

5. Data Privacy and Use

Al-Majeed Store values your privacy. We may collect and use your data for the following purposes:

• Marketing Offers: To share marketing offers such as newsletters and our catalogues (e.g., your email address, wish lists, your name, and your postal address).

• Account Creation: To create your personal account at almajeedstore.com (e.g., your name, contact number, and email address).

• Delivery Issues: Our team may contact you in the event of any problem with the delivery of your items (e.g., using your telephone number, address).

• Fraud Prevention: Al-Majeed Store may disclose your data to reputable fraud prevention agencies.

• Age Verification: We may validate that you are of legal age to shop online.

6. Payment Information

• We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or any other agreed currencies.

• When making payments for products on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. Al-Majeed Store does not store your credit card details.
